Refund & Cancellation Policy

 

Since Nextgerman provides consulting and advisory services (not physical products), our policy is structured accordingly:

 

Service Cancellation

 

Cancellations will be accepted only if requested within 7 days of registration and before substantive services (such as university shortlisting, application review, or counseling sessions) have commenced.

 

Once services have been initiated, cancellations are not permitted.

 

Refunds

 

If you cancel before services begin, you are eligible for a refund after deduction of administrative charges (if any).

 

Once an application has been processed or a service delivered, no refund will be provided.

 

In rare cases where we are unable to deliver services due to unforeseen circumstances, a proportional refund may be considered.

 

Timeline

 

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days through the original mode of payment.

 

Return Policy

 

As we are a service-based platform, returns/exchanges are not applicable. However, if you are dissatisfied with our service, you may raise a complaint, and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
